Brandon R. Ceglian
The Law Offices of Brandon R. Ceglian, P.C. is committed to responsive, client centered representation and the utilization of mobile technologies and top legal and asset internet research engines.
Mr. Ceglian practices civil, criminal, and family law at the trial and appellate levels.
His civil practice is devoted primarily to the representation of businesses and professionals. Mr. Ceglian assists many professionals in the fields of real estate and construction. He also represents both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial matters.
Mr. Ceglian can assist you in transactional matters, with negotiation, drafting, and general counseling and advice.
He can also represent you in contested litigation to collect money you are owed or to get a Court Order needed to protect rights or vindicate other interests.
Many attorneys practice trial work but do not handle appeals. Having the same attorney draft and argue an appeal when a judge "got it wrong," will save you time and money, and assures you that the attorney handling the appeal knows and understands the facts and the result sought to be achieved.
Mr. Ceglian also handles routine business county court collections at reduced rates.
